O'NEILL. - The family of the late Anne O'Neill (née Rutherford) wishes to thank everyone who helped and offered their support during our difficult time, especially the staff of the Neurosurgical Unit of the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow, the Reverend Julie Woods (Earlston Parish Church) for her beautiful service and touching tribute and Thomas Brown & Sons funeral Directors, Melrose, who handled the arrangements with care, professionalism and sympathy. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the management and staff of the Lauderdale Hotel for the reception after the service and to those who brought flowers or made donations, which raised £408.00 for The Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
