THOMSON. - Peacefully after a short illness at Borders General Hospital on Wednesday 26th August 2015, Rob, aged 63 years, of Darnick, loving husband of Anne, much loved dad of Scott and Sally, father-in-law of Euan, devoted grandpa to all his grandchildren, dear son of Mary and the late John, brother of Dave and respected friend to many. Interment at Wairds Cemetery, Melrose on Wednesday 2nd September at 11.30 am ( today), to which all friends are respectfully invited. No flowers please, but donations if desired will be received at end of interment service for Macmillan and the Fire Fighters Charity.
