BALLANTYNE. - Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on 19th September 2014, James (Jim) of Galashiels, former music tutor, organist, choirmaster and head of music at Selkirk High and Galashiels Academy, beloved husband of the late Adelaide, father of Muriel, grandfather of Louise, Gordon and Pauline, and great- grandfather of Sophie, Emily and Lucy. Service in Old Parish & St Pauls Church, Galashiels, on Friday 26th September at 12.30 pm. Interment thereafter at Eastlands Cemetery at 1.15 pm. All friends are respectfully invited
