JARDINE. - Suddenly but peacefully at Manama, Bahrain on Tuesday 16th July 2013, Malcolm Jardine, loving and dutiful son of John and Elizabeth Jardine, Penman Place, Galashiels and beloved brother and uncle. Malcolm was a former pupil of Peebles High School and Stranraer Academy and was a successful graduate of the Universities of Aberystwyth, Manchester and Birmingham. Malcolm spent his career as an educator abroad. Details of funeral service can be obtained from David Hardie & Son, Funeral Directors, Ladhope Vale Funeral Home, Galashiels. Tel. 01896 752465, however, interment will be private. No flowers at families request.
