MILLIGAN. - (Galashiels). Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on Friday 6th March 2015, Wullie, dear dad of Linda and Rachael. A service will be held at Co- operative Funeralcare, Galashiels on Friday 13th March at 10 am and thereafter at Heatheryett Cemetery for 10.45 am to which all family and friends are invited.
