SHORT. - On the 17th February 2015, peacefully at the Alexandra Unit, Dumfries Infirmary, John (Jackie) Blane Short, of Drumsleet Avenue, Cargenbridge, formerly of Tweedbank, a dearly loved husband of Evelyn, much loved father of Fiona, Trudy, Neil and Helen, and a loved grandfather. Service at William Jardine Chapel of Rest, 23 Terregles Street, Dumfries on Friday 27th February at 1 pm. Cremation thereafter to Roucan Loch Crematorium. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Pulmonary Fibrosis will be received at the service in memory of Jackie.
