THOMSON. - Margaret Hume (née Todd) (Meg). On 9th July 2013, peacefully in Wellington, New Zealand, surrounded by her adoring family, following a short illness. Meg was born in Edinburgh on 3rd October 1928 and was the much- loved wife of 61 years of Jock Thomson of Selkirk. They went from Galashiels in 1956 to live in New Zealand. She was the treasured mother and mother-in-law of Morag (born Galashiels) & Richard Featherstone, Rona & James Chisholm, and Kirsty & Tim Stanhope.
