WALKER. - Peacefully, at Borders General Hospital, on Monday 12th January 2015, John (Jack), aged 92 years, of Melrose, formerly Galashiels, dearly beloved dad of Doreen and Jacqueline, a dear father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather to his family. Funeral service at Melrose Parish Church, on Friday 16th January, at 10.15 am, followed by interment in Wairds Cemetery, at 11.00 am, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Donations, if desired, will be received on retiring from service for the Arthurshiel Rescue Centre.
