WATTERS. - Peacefully at home on 30th June 2012, surrounded by his family, after a short illness, Neil Watters of Fountainhall, formerly Galashiels and Edinburgh, beloved son of Brian and Evelyne loving brother to Darren and Delphine. Service at Borders Crematorium on Friday 6th July at 11 am all friends are respectfully invited. No flowers please but donations if desired by way of a retiring collection for Stow Health Centre and Borders Palliative Care Network. Please wear something colourful
