BALMER.- (Galashiels) Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on Monday 23rd May 2016, Anne, aged 96, beloved wife of the late Adam, much loved mum of Alasdair, Anne, Fay, David and the late Sandy, dear mother-in-law of Dawn, Tom and Robin, devoted granny and great granny of the family. A service will be held on Thursday 2nd June, at Borders Crematorium at 2.00 pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.
