CHARLTON. - Peacefully at home, at Robins Nest, Fairnilee, Galashiels, on Sunday 19th June 2016, John, dearly beloved husband of Mhairi, much loved dad of Norlil and Nicola, proud and loving ganga to Jack, Sarah, Lauren and Charlie. Cremation service at Borders Crematorium, on Friday 24th June, at 2 pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, will be received on retiring from service for charities in memory of John.

Farewell John, you are one of the most selfless, wonderful people we had the honour of calling a friend. God must have needed a Gillie , his gain and our loss. Sorry we can't be with you all on Friday as we are overseas, you will all be in our thoughts. Love to all. Tony & Yvonne xx
