HALDANE. - Derek (Melrose) Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on Tuesday 18th October 2016, Derek, aged 72 years, dearly beloved husband of Carol, much loved dad of Angela and Malcolm, father in law of Norman and Jillian, proud grandfather of Cameron, Alistair and Angus and dear brother and uncle to his family. Cremation service at Borders Crematorium on Thursday, 27th October at 2.00pm to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations if desired will be received on retiring from service for Chest, Heart and Stroke, Scotland and the British Heart Foundation.
