BAILLIE Lucille (Galashiels) Peacefully, at St. Andrew's Nursing Home, Hawick, on 26th August 2023, Lucille (Lou) Tilley, beloved wife to Allan (Biff), much loved mum to Tracy, loving granny to Elys and Isaac and a dear mother-in-law to Scott. A private service will be held on Wednesday 6th September followed by interment at Heatheryett Cemetery at 1.30pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.
