SCOTT Gordon (Galashiels) Bravely after a long illness, at Borders General Hospital on 20th September 2023, Gordon, aged 82 years, former proprietor of the Abbotsford Hotel, Galashiels, dearly beloved husband of Ena, dear dad of Mandy, father-in-law of Neil and proud and loving grandfather to James, Jon and Miya also dear dad of Nikki, son-in-law Colin and proud and loving grandfather to Sam and Jack. Cremation service at Borders Crematorium on Friday 13th October at 12:00noon, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations if desired will be received on retiring from the service for Ward 6, Borders General Hospital.

So sorry to hear this very sad news. Gordon will be sadly missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and my apologies that I will not be able to say goodbye as I am away that week
