PURVES Ian (Gattonside) Suddenly but peacefully at home with his family after a short illness on 26th September 2023, Ian, aged 82 years, of Adam Purves Galashiels Ltd. Dearly beloved husband of Margaret, dear dad of Andrew and the late Alan and proud and loving grandpa to Flora and Lily. A cremation service to celebrate Ian's life will be held at Borders Crematorium on Tuesday 10th October at 1.00pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited, family flowers only please but donations if desired will be received on retiring from the service for Macmillan, Borders Branch.
