FOTHERINGHAM William John McDowall (Stow) Sadly at The Margaret Kerr Unit, Borders General Hospital, on Tuesday 5 December 2023, Bill, aged 85. A dear husband of Angela, father of Claire and the late Moray. Father-in-law to Tony and Janice and grandfather to Alasdair, Harry, Findlay and Glen. A service will take place at Borders Crematorium on Tuesday 19 December at 11am, followed by a gathering at Melrose Rugby Club Melrose, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please but there will be an opportunity to leave a donation at the end of the service to The Margaret Kerr Unit in memory of Bill.
