A FIRE at a Borders warehouse might have been started deliberately, say police.
The warehouse, at Easter Langlee Industrial Estate, on Melrose Road in Galashiels, was set alight at around 3pm on Monday (November 30).
Fire crews attended the site and extinguished the blaze.
A Scottish Borders Police statement said: “It is believed that the fire may have been set alight intentionally.
“We would request that anybody with information on this matter contact Police on 101 or by completing our online ‘Contact Us’ form quoting incident number 1854 of the 30/11/2020.
“Anybody wishing to report information anonymously can do so by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by completing their online form.”
