GOLF equipment and a mountain bike were among items stolen after a garage was forced open in a Borders town.
Police are seeking witnesses to help their investigation of the incident, which took place in Bountrees, Jedburgh, between 6.30am on November 26 and 6.30pm on December 1.
Drills and strimmers were also stolen from the garage.

In a statement, Borders police said: “Between 6.30am Thursday, November 26 and 6.30pm Thursday, December 1, 2020 a garage near to Bountrees Jedburgh has been forced open and golf equipment, red GT mountain bike, orange and white coloured Stihl strimmers and Parkside drills [were stolen].
“We are asking anybody who may have information on this incident or may have CCTV in the area contact Police Scotland on 101 or by completing our online ‘Contact Us’ form quoting reference number 2949 of Tuesday the 1st December 2020.
“Alternatively you can report any information anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by completing their online form.”
