A BORDERS man found guilty of raping a woman will be sentenced next month at the High Court in Glasgow.
Following a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh, 34-year-old Mark Kettrick, from Galashiels, was found guilty of the rape offence in Galashiels two years ago.
Another charge of rape was withdrawn by the Crown during the trial proceedings.
Sentence was deferred until March 5 for the production of background reports and Kettrick was remanded in custody.
