REPAIRS are to be carried out on a “dangerous” road used frequently by Borders commuters and cyclists.
Innerleithen Community Council voiced its concern last year regarding hazardous deep potholes on the B709 road.
This week, Tweeddale councillor Shona Haslam confirmed that work is to commence on March 8 and will take place over two days to fix drainage, edging and road surfaces using the Jetpatcher.
