A BORDERS motorist who admitted a drug-driving offence has been banned from the road for 12 months.
Jordan Carrick, 27, of Peebles, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened in the town’s Kingsmeadows Road in November 2019.
He drove a car when he exceeded the limit of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood.
Carrick, of Glensax Road, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
