FINES totalling £325 and a night-time home curfew have been imposed on a Galashiels man at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Robert Chaplin, 30, has been ordered to stay within his Gorse Lane home between the hours of 7pm and 7am for the next 10 months for a domestic breach of his bail conditions.
He admitted various other domestic breaches which totalled £325, with a £30 victim surcharge added.
