A MAN who admitted a dangerous driving offence in the Borders has been banned from the road for 14 months.
John Ferguson, 36, who gave an address in Perth, pleaded guilty to committing the offence on the A72 between Innerleithen and Peebles in October 2019.
He also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath at Penicuik Police Station.
As well as being handed the ban at Selkirk Sheriff Court, Ferguson was fined a total of £450.
