A BORDERS town will have temporary traffic lights in operation over two days, it has been announced.
The lights will be in place on the A7 from Hawick High School to the Sandbed roundabout between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Friday (July 2) and Monday, according to BEAR Scotland.
This will allow “coring investigation works in advance of future resurfacing” to be carried out.
Real time journey information is available from Traffic Scotland on www.trafficscotland.org, twitter at @trafficscotland or the mobile site my.trafficscotland.org
