FINES of £400 have been imposed on a Borders man who admitted two offences at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Twenty-nine-year-old Daniel Coward, of Jedburgh, was previously convicted of threatening or abusive behaviour and police assault.
He was of good behaviour during a period of deferred sentence so Sheriff Peter Paterson fined him £200 on each charge.
A £20 Victim Surcharge was also imposed.
