A 33-YEAR-OLD man who organised an illegal party in the Borders at the height of the coronavirus restrictions will be sentenced next month.
David Robertson, of Edinburgh, pleaded guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to two counts of culpable and reckless conduct.
A trial will take place on October 4.
Robertson's co-accused Joshua Harris, 33, also of Edinburgh, had his plea of not guilty to failing to comply with coronavirus regulations accepted by the Crown.
