He has been fined at Selkirk Sheriff Court
A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been fined £200 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Dean McKenzie gave an address in Edinburgh.
He was fined after admitting sending offensive messages and breaching the Communications Act.
