A BORDERS man who failed to comply with a breathalyser test has been banned from the road for 12 months.
Fifty-six-year-old Adrian Jones, of Duns, was also fined £200 for the offence at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
He admitted other motoring offences which resulted in another £200 fine and a £20 Victim Surcharge.
