A PENSIONER who admitted stalking a female neighbour by making sexual gestures towards her and repeatedly exposing himself in front of her has been placed on supervision for the next 30 months.
Seventy-five-year-old Jan Wojtowicz pleaded guilty to engaging in a course of conduct which caused fear and alarm at his home Croftfield, Chirnside, between October 2014 and March earlier this year.
A not guilty plea to stalking another woman was accepted by the Crown.
Two other charges involving indecent exposure were also dropped.
Wojtowicz was also made subject to the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Register for the next two and a half years.
