BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Borders man who admitted three assault charges at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Twenty-four-year-old Christopher Houliston, of Jedburgh, committed the offences in April after getting intoxicated at a family function.
But the offshore worker has since got help for alcohol abuse.
Sentence was deferred until December 7.
