THE Tweed Theatre is set to return to the stage with a new Christmas production.
The group's rehearsals have resumed in preparation of this year's show Scrooge of Peebles which will first be performed on Thursday, December 2.
The performances at the Eastgate Theatre will include three evening shows and two matinees.
Director Katharine Mathison said: "We are delighted to be back on stage this year performing to a live audience.
"As usual we have a traditional pantomime with lots of audience participation, some popular songs and plenty of laughs.
"The Tweed Theatre panto is such a great start to the Christmas festivities and never more so than this year.
"We really look forward to welcoming people back to live theatre."
Tickets are now available for performances of Scrooge of Peebles on December 2 at 7.30pm, Friday, December 3 at 3pm and 7.30pm, and Saturday, December 4 at 3pm and 7.30pm.
