A PENSIONER appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on Friday and admitted being involved in a domestic disturbance with his long-term partner.
Seventy-three-year-old Kenneth Cooper pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a house in the village of Ednam on Thursday.
Sentence was deferred until next month for the production of background reports.
Cooper, who gave an address in Galashiels, was released on bail.
