SERVICES on the Borders Railway have been suspended this morning (Sunday).
The announcement was made by Network Rail Scotland, which says the decision is due to power supply issues in the region.
A spokesperson said: “With ongoing power supply issues in the Scottish Borders due to Storm Arwen, we need to suspend services on the Borders Railway this morning to prevent trains from being stranded. We're working with our ScotRail colleagues in our Integrated control room to do this now.”
