A DUNS man has admitted a stalking offence at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Fifty-nine-year-old Andrew Mitchell pleaded guilty to engaging in a course of conduct likely to cause fear and alarm at the Co-op in Duns on May 11 and May 13 by threatening a man, demanding money from him and threatening violence on his children.
Sentence was deferred until February 14 for the production of background reports.
