A HIGH Street hotel in the Borders could be converted into a holiday let and commercial units after plans were filed with the council.
The Tweedside Hotel, Innerleithen, has three guest bedrooms, a three-bedroom flat for the manager, a bar and functions rooms.
Plans have been submitted with Scottish Borders Council to put two separate commercial units on the ground floor, serviced accommodation on the first and second floors, and a two-bedroom flat to the rear on the first floor.
The hotel closed during the coronavirus pandemic.
