BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Peebles man who admitted a drink driving offence.
Fifty-year-old Olivier Bony, of Young Street, also pleaded guilty to a dangerous driving charge.
Selkirk Sheriff Court was told that the offence happened over the festive period when Bony was trying to give up alcohol but was not ready to do so.
Sentence was deferred until February 14.
