A 34-YEAR-OLD Borders man has been convicted of two counts of rape following a trial at the High Court in Livingston.
Lincoln Thomson, who gave an address in Kelso, had denied the offences but was found guilty after a two-day trial last week.
Sentence has been deferred until March 2 at the High Court in Edinburgh for the production of background reports.
