THE Borders has recorded 222 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, new figures show.
The Scottish Government published updated statistics at 2pm today (March 30).
And the new figures show the Borders has now recorded 29,170 cases of COVID-19 since March 2020.

There are 64 people in hospital in the region with recently confirmed cases – an increase of five since yesterday.
Scotland has now seen 1,784,824 cases since the pandemic began.
There are 2,344 people in hospital across the country.
