THE Borders has recorded 191 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, new figures show.
The Scottish Government published updated statistics at 2pm today (March 31).
And the new figures show the Borders has now recorded 29,361 cases of COVID-19 since March 2020.
Public Health Scotland commented, however, that there was a "potential data flow issue" which may be resulting in "lower than usual" numbers from LFD test and cases. The health body is monitoring the problem.

There are 63 people in hospital in the region with recently confirmed cases – one fewer than yesterday.
Scotland has now seen 1,793,771 cases since the pandemic began.
There are 2,381 people in hospital across the country.
