A BORDERS man who was involved in a bust-up with his former partner over a child's mobile phone has been admonished at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Michael Hawthorne, 47, of St Boswells, pleaded guilty to shouting and acting in an aggressive manner at a house in Main Street on November 6.
A Non-Harassment Order forbidding contact with his former partner has been imposed for two years.
