A FARMER involved in a disturbance with his partner has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next six months.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jason Spence pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards his partner at Northhouse Farm, Cottage near Hawick on April 7.
Defence lawyer Liam Alexander said it was an argument that had got out of hand and the relationship was now over.
The case will recall at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on December 6.
