BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a 39-year-old man who admitted two domestic-related offences.
Kenneth McDougall pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a house in Oakfield Court, Kelso, on January 13 by acting in an aggressive manner towards his former partner, threatening to bomb her house and car, threatening to kill their children and other threats of violence and punching a hole in the door.
He continued to make threats at Hawick Police Station claiming he was going to assault his former partner when he was released.
Sentence was deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until August 15.
