A 34-YEAR-OLD man who was involved in a stand-off with police who were trying to get entry to his home in Peebles has been jailed for a total of 462 days at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
David Manson pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner during the incident in September last year.
Manson also admitted breaches of bail orders and motoring offences including drink driving, no insurance and driving while disqualified.
The jail sentence was back-dated to July 29.
He was also disqualified from driving for three years.
