A DRUG dealer from Galashiels has been remanded in custody for the preparation of background reports.
Twenty-six-year-old Kerr Halliday pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.
Sheriff Peter Paterson called for a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
Sentence was deferred until October 3 and Halliday remanded in custody.
