A BORDERS man is due to be sentenced on an assault charge at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Twenty-three-year-old William Sinclair, of Coldstream, pleaded guilty to the offence shortly before a trial was due to get under way.
He also admitted breaching a Non-Harassment Order involving an ex-partner.
