POLICE officers who responded to a report of a disturbance in Tweedbank this morning Sunday October 2 2022 have made an arrest.
Police were called to an address in Jura Drive around 8.30am.
Details of the circumstances have not been released at this time but Police Scotland has confirmed that a 33-year-old man was arrested.
Enquiries into the incident are continuing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a possible disturbance within a property on Jura Drive in Tweedbank around 8.30am on Sunday, 2 October, 2022.
“A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
