BORDERER Lisa Thomson landed in New Zealand yesterday with the Team GB Women’s squad for the latest round in the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
The tournament kicks off this weekend at Hamilton and Lisa will be in action against Fiji on Saturday morning at 11.22am.

The teams trained this morning as final preparations for the weekend begin.

Team GB then face Papua New Guinea at 3.02pm and finish off their pool matches at 8.23pm against host New Zealand.
The outcome of these fixtures will determine the team’s opponents on Sunday January 22.

Team GB Men’s squad include former Melrose player Ross McCann and they start the tournament against Australia at 10.38am before facing Tonga at 1.02pm and finally New Zealand at 7.35pm.
