HAPPINESS is Egg Shaped podcaster Bruce Aitchison will ‘Breenge Tae the Borders' tonight in aid of the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
And he is asking local to join him on the last leg of his journey between Netherdale and The Greenyards.

His breenge started at 8am on Monday morning with breakfast at Dundee Rugby Club before he cycled to Perth Rugby Club and then to Murrayfield.
He will depart from Merchiston Castle at noon today Tuesday April 4 and all being well hopes to pass through Stow around 3pm.

He is scheduled to arrive at Gala Rugby Club at 4pm and will start the final leg of his journey around 5pm arriving at the Greenyards at 6pm.
His intention is to run between the two famous old rugby grounds.
Bruce said: “Happiness is Egg Shaped is going on the ‘Breenge Tae the Borders’ all the way from Dundee to The Greenyards, home to the one and only Doddie Weir.
“We will be leaving Netherdale about 5pm on Tuesday April 4. Please come and join me and we are going to run to The Greenyards together on the ‘Breenge tae the Borders’ to raise funds and awareness for the My name’5 Doddie Foundation. I’ll see you there.”

Bruce will then be swapping his cycling and running shoes for his glad rags as he prepares to host the Jackson Distillers Hall of Fame Dinner and the Scottish Borders Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Lunch at the 2023 Melrose Sevens.
