Ethan is the brother-in-law of Doddie Champion, Davy Zyw, and wants to raise funds and awareness for motor neuron disease to help people like Davy, his sister, and all the families affected and those suffering from this cruel disease.
The challenge will see Ethan attempt to complete the UK’s toughest long-distance, multi-week hike, self-supported in record time.

The route is 240 miles, across boggy, boulder-strewn wilderness, from Fort William to the UK’s most North-Westerly point, Cape Wrath.
Ethan said: “Completing this challenge in under 10 days will be the toughest thing I've ever done, but it's nothing compared to what those like Davy have to go through every day, living with this disease.”
