TRAFFIC on the A68 was restricted in both directions yesterday (Wednesday April 12) for more than two hours following a crash between a car and a lorry just north of Soutra Hill.
The collision took place shortly after 2.30pm and emergency services attended the scene.
There were no injuries reported.

Motorists travelling to and from the Borders were caught up in the delays.
Traffic Scotland reported that the road was cleared around 4.55pm.
Police say that their enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.35pm on Wednesday, 12 April, police were called to the A68 at Fala, following a report of a two vehicle crash, involving a car and a lorry.
“There were no injuries reported and enquiries are ongoing.”
